Sarah Hamilton, pianist
Sarah Hamilton is a pianist based in Novi, Michigan. She is currently the pianist for the Brighton High School choirs and orchestra, Walled Lake United Methodist Church, the Livingston County Chorale and Youth Choir, and the Premier Big Band. She enjoys collaborating with various soloists and ensembles, especially student performers. Some notable performances have taken place at the Esterhazy Palace in Eisenstadt, Austria; the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in Berlin, Germany; and with the National Collegiate Wind Ensemble at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
Sarah holds a Master of Music degree from Eastern Michigan University, where she studied with Garik Pedersen. She recently served two terms on the state board for the Michigan Music Teachers Association, and has presented at the MMTA state conference. She has also studied with Jose Garcia-Leon and Derek Kealii Polischuk.
